Caitlin Campbell

Caitlin began her insurance career at AMI, where she spent eight years across a variety of roles within the IAG group. Starting in phone-based sales, she progressed into claims lodgement for car, house, and contents before moving into a client-facing branch role at AMI, where she provided insurance advice in person and lodged claims directly with clients. She then transitioned into consumer underwriting across IAG's direct brands — including AMI, State, and bank partners — before moving to NZI, IAG's broker-facing brand, where she worked as an underwriter supporting brokers across the South Island. Most recently, Caitlin worked as a Senior Underwriter, handling referrals from underwriters on complex or high-risk cases. Drawn back to direct client interaction, Caitlin joined Gerrard's to focus on building meaningful client relationships and delivering tailored insurance solutions. Outside of work, Caitlin is an active member of the Young Insurance Professionals (YIPs) committee, helping plan quarterly networking events and connecting people across the industry.
