Cohen Crowder

Cohen Crowder is a Commercial Insurance Broker bringing a people-first approach to everything he does. Before entering the insurance industry, Cohen studied hospitality and tourism at Lincoln University and built a strong foundation in guest relations through a graduate hotel program in New Zealand, followed by roles in London near Wembley Stadium, where he progressed through front office management as Guest Relations Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager. Returning to New Zealand, Cohen transitioned into insurance with AMI before joining Gerrard's, where he has been a valued team member for nearly two years. Cohen holds a Level 5 qualification in financial advice and a degree in tourism with a business major from Lincoln University. He is an enthusiastic networker, actively participating in three networking groups, and credits his hospitality background for sharpening his ability to connect with and genuinely support clients. Cohen's guiding principle is simple: to deliver the best coverage at the best cost, the kind of service he would want for his own family and friends.
