Morgan Sydney

Morgan began her insurance career at IAG in 2020, working in Claims across AMI and State before joining Gerrard's in September 2025. As a Claims Handler and Admin Manager, Morgan acts as the vital link between clients and insurance companies, lodging claims and following up diligently to secure the best possible outcome for every policy holder. She is passionate about understanding the real-world impact claims can have on people's lives and livelihoods  particularly in the commercial space, where a vehicle off the road can mean much more than an inconvenience. Morgan brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to her work, informed by her Bachelor of Psychology from Massey University and her ongoing Master's in Organisational Psychology. Prior to insurance, Morgan spent a significant part of her working life in the aviation industry before pursuing her studies and transitioning into the insurance sector.
