Suzie Cromb

Suzie began her insurance career in 2011 at Aon, where she built a broad foundation across reception, broker support, and general operations before stepping into a personal lines broking role with Crombie Lockwood (now Gallagher's). Over the years she has worked across a range of organisations, developing strong expertise in commercial insurance with a particular focus on the heavy transport, forestry contracting, motor, and rural sectors, areas she is personally passionate about.

For the past ten years, her focus has been predominantly on the commercial side of the business, while maintaining a well-rounded capability across personal lines as well. As Branch Director for the Manawatū region, Susie is excited to bring truly local, personalised insurance solutions to business owners and individuals in the area. Having lived rurally in Dannevirke on a five-hectare lifestyle block, she has firsthand experience of the unique challenges faced by rural and semi-rural communities, including navigating the impacts of Cyclone Gabrielle, and understands the importance of getting cover right.

Suzie's approach is built on partnership: taking the time to understand each client's business from the inside out, building genuine relationships, and ensuring that what's in place is truly right for them. Outside of work, Suzie enjoys life on her lifestyle block where she runs cattle and sheep, and is deeply involved in dry land sled dog racing with her team of six huskies and husky crosses, competing at races across the central North Island.
